Stop Binge Drinking: How To Use These Recordings.

Track One:

Just listen to this a couple of times. It is an introduction to NLP and hypnosis and how it relates to you.

Track Two:

This is a ‘warm up’ exercise for the NLP exercise on Track 3. It was originally included on Track 3 but once you have practiced it a few time you can just to the Track 3 NLP exercise independently.

Track Three

Straightforward ‘thinking-training’ NLP exercise. It is simple, easy to learn, short and effective.

Track Four

Self Hypnosis- full length self hypnosis recording to stop binge drinking. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • The recording is spoken word with soothing background music to help you to relax.
  • The recording is about half an hour long.

  • Never listen to any hypnosis recording whilst driving or if your attention is otherwise required.
  • Only listen when you are not likely to be disturbed – unplug the phones etc.
  • If, while listening, something arises that needs dealing with you will immediately be fully awake.
  • Don’t listen just after eating.

  • Listen every night as you go to sleep. Also listen as often as possible when it isn’t bedtime, once a day is ideal, but do listen like this at least 2 – 3 times a week.
  • If listening at bedtime, it’s quite OK, (and quite usual) to drift to sleep whilst listening. This is perfectly OK, the recording will work anyway.
  • When listening at times other than bedtime sit with your back well supported and your feet on the floor.
  • You may well get immediate results. Be persistent, however, sometimes it takes a few weeks for the brain to be retrained.
